本实用新型公开了一种慢转速粉碎机,包括容纳刀盘的粉碎料斗和通过减速机与刀盘联动的电机,所述刀盘通过刀盘轴转动安装在粉碎料斗内,所述刀盘轴一端与粉碎料斗转动安装且另一端与所述减速机的输出轴连接,所述刀盘轴上设有用于限制刀盘的周向限位件和轴向限位件;所述减速机的端面上固定有与粉碎料斗连接的法兰,所述减速机的输出轴贯穿所述法兰以及粉碎料斗的侧壁与所述刀盘轴连接;所述周向限位件布置在所述输出轴上用于嵌入刀盘内的驱动块。本实用新型具有以下优点:刀盘轴的两端均设有径向的限位,提高粉碎载荷;键槽和驱动块双轴向限位件设计,在电机功率一定的情况下提高粉碎效率;法兰连接设计,粉碎机整体刚性更好,极限更高。

The utility model has the advantages of it is following: cutter head shaft's both ends all are equipped with radial spacingly, improve and smash load, keyway and drive block biax design to the locating part, improve under the certain condition of power of motor and smash efficiency, the flange joint design, the whole rigidity of rubbing crusher is better, and the limit is higher.
